Estágio em Inglaterra

Finalmente a empresa onde vou estagiar enviou um email à minha coordenadora informando que fui aceite e dizendo em que consiste o mesmo. Só falta a resposta da minha faculdade, mas deixo-vos o email mandado pelo meu responsável na empresa para perceberem o que vou fazer:

"The Meadows Partnership Trust is a community project working in the Meadows area of Nottingham supporting projects in the area, promoting the area and on regeneration and talking of deprivation. This work is varied but my role focuses on community engagement, events, publicity and media work. This includes media work within the local community as well as working with local media organisations to promote positive aspects of the area.

The work that Monica will be involved in will be;

• Working on Meadows Matters, our community magazine which is distributed to every household in the area. She will be writing articles, working with local groups enabling them to write articles.
• Working with our local media group – this is a group of people from the new and emerging communities in the area who work with photography and dvd to produce promotional material for local groups and media including short documentaries as well as producing posters and fliers and photos for use in various publications.
• Building relationships with the local press to make it easier for us to promote positive stories about the area and the people. This will focus initially around building a working relationship with the neighbourhood reporter for the Nottingham Evening Post, helping him to find and run stories relating to the Meadows.
• Assisting with a consultation around how information about events and activities is passed around the area and how communication can be improved. "
